I’ve been listening to, and sharing stories since I was a little girl. Today I find myself producing compelling video stories in both short and long forms ranging from documentaries, branding, profiles and news.  

 

Before discovering video I spent five years in my home country, China, in the fashion world working as a marketing manager with renowned retailers and brands, such as Dover Street Market, Armani, Diesel, Stefanel, Blugirl and Cole Haan. 

 

I decided to expand my horizons internationally and set off to the United States. In 2016 I was accepted into the prestigious Master’s Fashion Merchandising program at Academy of Art University in San Francisco. While pursuing my degree I took a life changing elective…video production. I fell in love and found my passion as a storyteller. Shooting and editing video became my passion. I loved this new art of storytelling. Once I finished my first master’s, I started shooting and editing every day and will receive my second master’s degree in Communication and Media Technologies this December.

 

I believe in the power of storytelling. I love the challenge of bringing new stories to life with innovative new ideas and storytelling techniques. Every day I wake up looking forward to collaborating with talented people on incredible projects. There are so many amazing stories to be told!
